Relief Guides
Four guides — one for each capacity state revealed by the Capacity Mirror Assessment. Each guide names what is happening, why it is happening, and what the work of discernment looks like from exactly where you are.
DETACHED
You are doing the things and feeling nothing. The substitution has been so complete for so long that it stopped feeling like a substitution. This guide names what DETACHED actually is and what Going Underneath requires.
FRAGMENTED
You can feel the gap. The Installed Self and the Native Self are pulling in different directions and nothing is landing. This guide names the collision and shows you how to begin the sorting.
STABILIZING
The discernment has begun. You can see the Installed Self — not completely, but enough. You are building deliberately, and you need support that does not rush that. This guide holds the pace with you.
FLOW
You are the room now. The Native Self is the ground — not perfectly, but genuinely. This guide is for protecting what you built and expanding from the same native ground it came from, without re-installing borrowed identity.
