Sharing access credentials, invitations, or materials constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
All ESSENTFLOW™ content, systems, frameworks, methodologies, language, materials, creative expression, and documentation are proprietary intellectual property owned exclusively by LMT Mindfulness Coaching LLC.
Use of ESSENTFLOW™ materials is governed by the ESSENTFLOW™ Intellectual Property, Content Use & Non-Infringement Agreement, incorporated herein by reference.
Unauthorized use, reproduction, sharing, teaching, AI ingestion, or creation of derivative works is strictly prohibited.
ESSENTFLOW™ is a proprietary system taught exclusively by its creator, ESSENTFLOW™ by Shae.
No individual or entity is authorized to teach, train, present, certify, or instruct ESSENTFLOW™ concepts without express written permission from Company.
All payments are governed by the ESSENTFLOW™ Refund Policy, incorporated herein by reference.
All sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing.
You agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes for services rendered or products delivered in accordance with Company policies.
Unauthorized chargebacks constitute a material breach and may result in enforcement action, including but not limited to:

Company's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the applicable ESSENTFLOW™ service or product.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Company from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from your misuse of ESSENTFLOW™ services or violation of these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Company reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of ESSENTFLOW™ constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms, together with all incorporated ESSENTFLOW™ policies and agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and Company.
