Find Your Stage | ESSENTFLOW™ by Shae: Too Much for the Room

Find Your Right Path Forward

Before you begin, answer honestly. Not where you're headed. Not where you've been. Where you actually are right now.

Question 1 of 8 — Processing Style

When you're in a room full of people having conversations, what do you naturally find yourself doing?

A

I completely shut down. The noise and energy of everyone around me is overwhelming and I can barely process what's happening let alone contribute to it.

B

I float between conversations but never feel fully present in any of them. I'm there but I'm not really connecting with anything being said.

C

I observe quietly. I'm taking everything in, processing it all, and waiting for the right moment to say the one thing that actually moves the conversation forward.

D

I naturally read the room, see what's missing, and find myself either redirecting the conversation or holding space for the people others aren't noticing.

Question 2 of 8 — The "Too Much" Experience

Have people in your life ever described you as too intense, too sensitive, too driven, or just simply "too much" — even when you felt like you were just being yourself?

A

Constantly. My whole life I've been told to calm down, shrink back, or make myself more palatable for rooms that were never built to hold someone like me. I stopped fighting it and just got smaller.

B

Yes and it confused me every time. I was never trying to be intense — I was just being me. But I started second guessing myself because of it and now I'm not even sure who my real self is anymore.

C

It used to happen more than it does now. I'm learning to stop apologizing for my depth but I still catch myself dimming down in certain rooms out of habit.

D

Yes and I've made peace with it. The rooms that couldn't hold me weren't my rooms. I know who I am and I've stopped shrinking to fit spaces that were never designed for my capacity.

Question 3 of 8 — Depth of Processing

When you look at a situation, a problem, or an idea — do you naturally see layers, connections, and possibilities that others around you seem to miss or not even notice?

A

I used to but I've been so depleted for so long that I can barely see past what's right in front of me. The depth is in there somewhere but I can't access it right now.

B

Yes but it overwhelms me. I see everything at once and can't figure out where to start so I end up stuck with all these layers and no way to organize them into anything actionable.

C

Absolutely and I'm learning to use it strategically. I'm starting to see my depth as an asset instead of something that makes me different in a bad way.

D

Yes and it's one of my greatest strengths. I see what others miss, I connect dots nobody else is connecting and I've built my entire way of operating around that gift.

Question 4 of 8 — Clarity & Direction

When you think about your purpose, who you serve, and the work you're doing — how clear does that picture feel right now?

A

It's completely foggy. I've lost sight of who I am, what I want, and who I'm even doing this for. I'm just going through the motions.

B

I have glimpses of clarity but nothing solid. I can see pieces of the picture but they don't connect into anything I can actually move on.

C

I have a general direction but it still feels shaky. I know what I want but I second-guess it often and struggle to stay consistent with it.

D

I'm clear on my purpose and who I serve. My focus now is refining, deepening, and making sure what I'm building is actually sustainable.

Question 5 of 8 — Self-Authorization

When life circumstances don't align with who you know you're meant to be, what do you typically do?

A

I suppress it and keep moving. Right now survival is the priority and there's genuinely no bandwidth for anything beyond what's right in front of me.

B

I try to address the smaller things but I'm still overwhelmed by the bigger picture. I want to push forward but life keeps pulling me back to the back seat.

C

I've started creating simple habits and small plans to get ahead of what usually trips me up. It's not perfect but I'm no longer just reacting.

D

I have systems and support in place that help me stay the course even when circumstances get hard. I'm not immune to difficulty but I don't lose my footing the way I used to.

Question 6 of 8 — Capacity Expression

When you're in a space where people don't fully understand your depth or the way you think, how do you show up?

A

I shrink. I've been misunderstood so many times that it's easier to stay quiet and make myself smaller than to risk being "too much" again.

B

I start strong but second-guess myself mid-conversation. I can feel myself pulling back even when I know I have something valuable to contribute.

C

I'm learning to hold my ground but it still takes effort. I show up but I'm still working through the internal resistance that tells me to dim it down.

D

I walk in knowing who I am. I don't need the room to understand me to stand firmly in my perspective. My depth is not a problem I'm managing anymore.

Question 7 of 8 — Capacity Awareness

Do you know what your current capacity actually is — not what you wish it was or what it used to be, but where it honestly stands right now?

A

Honestly no. I'm running on empty and I've been pushing so hard for so long that I don't even know what my baseline feels like anymore.

B

I have some awareness but it's inconsistent. Some days I feel like I know myself, other days I'm completely disconnected from what I can actually handle.

C

I'm getting clearer. I'm learning to read my own signals better and I'm starting to make decisions based on where I actually am instead of where I think I should be.

D

Yes. I know my capacity, I respect it, and I build around it intentionally. I've stopped apologizing for it and started treating it as the strategic asset it actually is.

Question 8 of 8 — Action & Momentum

When it comes to building the life or business you actually want, where do you find yourself most often?

A

Stuck and barely thinking about it. The gap between where I am and where I want to be feels so wide that starting feels pointless. I'm just trying to get through the day.

B

Starting and stopping. I have ideas and moments of motivation but nothing sticks long enough to build real momentum. I can see what I want but I can't seem to get traction.

C

Consistently showing up but still inconsistent in my results. I'm building but the foundation still feels shaky in places and I'm figuring out what actually works for me.

D

I'm in motion and I know it. I'm not waiting for perfect conditions anymore. I'm refining, adjusting, and building something that's starting to feel like it was actually designed for me.

DEPLETED — ESSENCE STAGE

First — you are high capacity. The fact that you answered these questions with this level of self-awareness while running on empty confirms that. You didn't stop seeing yourself clearly even when everything around you got heavy. That's not ordinary.

You're Not Behind. You're Underneath It.

You haven't lost yourself. You've just been buried under so much weight for so long that you've forgotten what it feels like to exist outside of survival mode. The fog is real. The exhaustion is real. And the fact that you're here, answering these questions honestly, means something in you still knows there's more.

This is your ESSENCE stage. Before strategy. Before structure. Before building anything new — you need to reconnect with who you actually are underneath all of it. Not who you were performing. Not who circumstances made you. You.

That's where we start. And it's exactly the right place.

FRAGMENTED — ESSENCE/FOUNDATION BRIDGE

First — you are high capacity. The awareness you carry even in the middle of your fragmentation is not something everyone has. You can see the version of yourself on the other side of this. That vision is not delusion — it's data. It's your capacity showing you where you're headed.

You Can See It. You Just Can't Hold It Yet.

You have awareness. You've done enough work to know something needs to change and you can almost see the version of yourself that's on the other side of this. But the pieces aren't connecting. You start and stop. You feel it and then lose it.

You're not stuck because you're incapable — you're stuck because you're between stages and nobody told you that was a real place to be.

This is your Fragmented stage. You don't need more ideas. You need a bridge between your awareness and your first real structure. That's exactly what this experience is built to give you.

STABILIZING — FOUNDATION STAGE

First — you are high capacity. The fact that you've already started and kept going even when it felt shaky underneath you? That's not stubbornness. That's capacity in motion. Most people stop when it gets wobbly. You kept building.

You're Building. Now Let's Make Sure It Holds.

You've done something most people don't — you've started. You show up. You have habits forming and a direction that feels real. But underneath the momentum there's still a shakiness you can feel even when others can't see it.

You're not imagining it. Your foundation is still being laid and that means some things feel solid while others still shift under pressure.

This is your Stabilizing stage. The work here isn't to start over — it's to reinforce what's already working and identify what's still costing you more than it's giving you. You're closer than you think. Let's build something that actually holds.

EXPANDING — FLOW STAGE

First — you are high capacity. And you've done the rare thing — you've actually done the work. You didn't just identify your capacity. You built around it. That puts you in a category most people only talk about entering.

You're In Motion. Now Let's Make It Sustainable.

You've done the work. You know who you are, you've built something real, and you're operating at a level that most people around you don't fully understand. But you feel it — the pull to go deeper, to refine, to make sure what you're building doesn't collapse under its own weight as it grows.

You're not looking for motivation. You're looking for mastery.

This is your Expanding stage. The focus here isn't transformation — it's sustainability, precision, and building a FLOW that doesn't require you to burn yourself down to maintain it. You've earned this stage. Now let's make it last.
