Purpose
This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds are issued for ESSENTFLOW™ services and digital offerings.
Due to the nature of digital products, consulting services, trainings, and workshops, all sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing.
By purchasing any ESSENTFLOW™ offering, Client agrees to this Refund Policy.
All ESSENTFLOW™ digital products, including but not limited to downloadable materials, access-based content, and digital resources, are non-refundable.
Once access is granted or materials are delivered, no refunds, exchanges, or credits will be issued.
All strategy consulting sessions, clarity sessions, and advisory services are non-refundable once booked.
Missed sessions, late cancellations, or dissatisfaction with outcomes do not qualify for refunds.
Fees for ESSENTFLOW™ trainings, workshops, and instructional sessions are non-refundable once services are delivered or access is provided.
Failure to attend does not entitle Client to a refund.
Client agrees not to initiate chargebacks, payment disputes, or reversals for services rendered or products delivered in accordance with this Refund Policy.
If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated in violation of this Policy, Consultant reserves the right to take enforcement action, which may include, without limitation:
Unauthorized chargebacks constitute a material breach of this Agreement and related ESSENTFLOW™ policies.
Any exceptions to this Refund Policy must be agreed to in writing by Consultant prior to purchase.
By purchasing ESSENTFLOW™ offerings, Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to this Refund Policy.
